The data controller is our business customer, who provides the personal data of interviewees to the service provider, Rog Partners, for the purpose of conducting the customer research.

We process personal data provided by the customer, which may include the following information:
• Name
• Contact details, such as email and phone number
• Title
• Relevant information regarding the relationship history with the customer related to the survey

 

Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is used solely for conducting customer research, including:
• Telephone interviews with individuals designated by the customer
• Recording and storing interview data

Data Retention

The collected data is stored securely on Google Drive and is only accessible for the purpose of conducting the customer research. The data is retained as long as necessary for the research, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is only processed by the personnel responsible for customer research within the service provider. Data is not disclosed to third parties without a legal basis.

Interviewees have the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data
• Request access to their data
• Request correction of incorrect data
• Object to the processing of their data
• Request deletion of their data, if justified
